Delivery Clerical
Summary:
The Clerk is responsible for assisting the delivery team in all aspects of operations including delivery, scheduling, and inventory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with clerical duties
Process inbound and outbound shipments
Verify and correct inbound and outbound deliveries
Assist Inventory Clerk in counting and investigate inventory variances
Validate out of stock reports
Maintain the inbound and outbound dock scheduling
Create purchase order for products and miscellaneous items
Process reports for the Warehouse team
Complete general housekeeping duties
Required Education, Experience, and Certifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Skills and Competencies:
Minimum of 18 years old
Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
Ability to read, write and speak English
Ability to utilize all provided resources and technology
Ability to demonstrate oral/written communication and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work with all functional team members
Effective planning and organizational skills
