Job Duties:
Assemble and pack various items based on customer-provided specifications.
Work efficiently with a strong focus on detail.
Safely assemble and deliver products to the appropriate staging areas.
Ensure daily compliance with quality and food safety standards.
Important Requirements:
Must pass a pre-employment drug test, random drug screenings, and a criminal background check (including TSA and Customs requirements).
Ability to work using required personal protective equipment (PPE), such as:
Protective gloves (standard, cooler/freezer, and cut-resistant)
Protective aprons
Hot mitts
Goggles
Hearing protection
Safety footwear
Comfortable working in a time-sensitive environment to meet required deadlines.
Maintain regular attendance in accordance with company standards.
Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compliance with all Sky Cafe rules and regulations to ensure the safe and effective operation of the flight kitchen.
