GAT Sky Cafe is seeking dynamic, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team at the Boise Airport!
Main Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for oversight of a team of Customer Service Representatives who delivers product directly to our airline customers.
Your team will be expected to provide on-time delivery to each aircraft while meeting all quality cleanliness standards and commit to exceptional service.
You will manage the team through structured communications, and compliance checks, and monitor adherence to customer specifications, safety processes, internal production processes, and continuous improvement
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience Last Mile Logistics-2-3 years in related industry.
Problem solving and leadership skills.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Proficient in Microsoft products; familiarity with logistics software a plus.
Open Availability Required. Including Weekends & Holidays
