A strategic leader with 8 years of HR experience in learning, development, and talent management, and 5 years leading high-performing teams.
A growth architect with a proven ability to design and scale impactful learning solutions.
A storyteller and coach who inspires through clear communication and strong stakeholder relationships, including at the C-suite level.
A problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, maximizing resources to create scalable solutions.
A data enthusiast who believes in the power of analytics to drive smarter decisions and better results.
Your Background:
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s or HR certifications preferred).
Experience building trusted relationships across diverse teams to deliver aligned, high-impact L&D solutions.
Proven expertise in organizational change, coaching, and workforce planning.
