As a pivotal figure in our educational team, you'll spearhead leadership responsibilities and deliver specialized services to children and adolescents ages 3-22 with autism spectrum disorder.  You will be the orchestrator of classroom success, providing guidance and coordination while implementing tailored educational programs that foster communication, socialization, behavioral management, vocational skills, and academic achievement. Upholding Moral Principals: Maintain ethical standards and adhere to relevant laws and regulations governing the practice of ABA education.   Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination!  Master’s degree preferred.  Current MA State Teaching License/Certification in moderate or severe special education. Applicants currently enrolled in a teacher special education licensure program working towards moderate or severe special education licensure will be considered. Keen understanding of ABA principles preferred.  Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges.  Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for children and families.  Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive team success.
