As a member of the Quality/Procurement team you'll play and integral role in shaping the future of Herff Jones. Above all else, you'll be an agent for change as we launch multiple new initiatives to streamline how we do business to increase the qualify of product we deliver to our clients. In this role you will have regular interaction with Procurement Manager and Quality Supervisor.    What we want you to accomplish: Execute on the outsource processing plan Accurate sending and receiving of orders from internal department and external vendors Timely distribution and processing of incoming and outgoing product Receive product from the production floor Unpack and distribute orders to the appropriate departments Provide cross functional support in other areas as needed such as shipping Perform other miscellaneous tasks   Success Factors: Successfully execute daily processing of orders to achieve vendor unit projection plan Accurate recording of product received Proficient computer skills: intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook Previous experience in a shipping/receiving role Proven success in effectively communicating across all levels of an organization Demonstrate ability to organize shipments per vendor locations Ability to establish priorities and work independently Demonstrates multitasking skills Availability to work overtime as needed   Education: High School Diploma/GED equivalent suggested   Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 10-50 lbs. multiple times a day Ability to travel around the office and the factor briskly, several times per day   JOIN THE BEST TEAM ON THE FIELD IN SPORT, SPIRIT & ACHIEVEMENT   About Herff Jones: Indianapolis-based Herff Jones is the leading provider of graduation and educational products and services designed to inspire achievement and create memorable experiences for students.
