IT Project Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Lead with a strong background in SAP consulting to coordinate SAP upgrade projects across US-based sites. This role focuses on facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) and providing go-live support while ensuring effective communication and training for end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the SAP Upgrade Project Coordinator, primarily focusing on US-based sites while liaising with US and EMEA teams.
• Work with site departments and key end users to facilitate UAT and go-live data validation.
• Review and edit UAT test scripts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Drive UAT testing progress with end users to meet project timelines.
• Create training plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for end users.
• Leverage a background in system integration projects and business operations within manufacturing and supply chain environments.
• Utilize knowledge of ECC and S4 HANA SAP to translate upgrade changes and assess their impact on operations.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in IT project management, specifically in SAP consulting.
• Strong communication skills, with experience training end users on S4 HANA changes in SAP.
• Proven experience in testing and providing go-live support.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in system integration projects and business operations in manufacturing/supply chain environments.
  
  

Certifications

Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
