Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-focused care and will thrive in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive treatments.
- Perform advanced procedures such as molar root canals, surgical extractions, and dental implants.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with patients.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active DDS or DMD license (Wisconsin).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience (new graduates with strong skills will also be considered).
- Proficiency in molar RCTs, surgical extractions, and restorative dentistry.
- Experience with cosmetic dentistry and implant procedures is a plus.
- Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and communication skills.
