About the Role:
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Executive Assistant for a 1-day onsite assignment. The candidate will attend a scheduled pre-bid meeting and site walkthrough at a client location on behalf of our firm. The ideal candidate is organized, presentable, punctual, and capable of capturing important notes and images for internal reporting.
Date & Time:
Specific date and time to be shared upon candidate selection (typically a morning or mid-day slot).
Responsibilities:
- Attend a pre-bid conference at the designated client facility
- Join facility site tours and observe areas being discussed
- Take detailed notes on meeting discussions and site specifications
- Capture photos of key areas for reference (phone camera is acceptable)
- Represent our firm professionally and courteously at all times
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Own a smartphone (for taking pictures) and notepad/laptop
- Reliable transportation to and from the site
- Prior administrative or field assistant experience preferred
Salary : $300
