Overview :
Talent Catalyst is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support our DC Government client in the implementation of the Summer EBT (S-EBT) Program . This role will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of the S-EBT program across the District , ensuring compliance with federal guidelines and local requirements . The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience in government, human services, or large-scale public assistance programs .
Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the S-EBT program , ensuring alignment with federal requirements and local needs .
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and government agencies to enhance collaboration.
- Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and change management strategies to mitigate project challenges.
- Manage budget, reporting, and compliance requirements , ensuring all documentation aligns with contractual obligations .
- Provide regular project updates to DHS leadership, tracking program success and key performance indicators.
- Ensure that technology and operational processes are effectively integrated into the program’s implementation.
