What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Assistant Project Manager/APM with commercial/ground-up experience position at Talent Collaborative Group, Inc?
We are searching for an ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER who has experience with commercial ground-up and renovations. This position is ideal for someone who works well independently and is an effective communicator across the trades and AEC disciplines. You will work closely with PM's, SPM's, Planners at a well-respected and forward-thinking general contractor on the South Shore.

General Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers with a variety of tasks from project start-up to close out.
- Assist with preparing and maintaining files, schedules & logs.
- Review drawings.
- Locate vendors, prepare bid packages, & receive quotes.
- Draft POs, subcontracts and change orders.
- Assist with the permitting process.
- Distribute drawings to and communicate with subcontractors and field personnel.
- Assist with invoice review and coding.
- Assist with punch list and preparation of close out materials.

Retail, multi-family, cultural, commercial projects are throughout Massachusetts
