Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for surface transportation clients, with a focus on transit and rail.
- Lead major pursuits and programs in the role of Project Manager or Project Director.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead, manage, and motivate project teams to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
- Support multiple transportation clients in the Boston area, providing strategic direction and expertise.
- Establish and execute client pursuit strategies to strengthen business opportunities.
- Attract, mentor, and retain top industry talent to expand the transit and rail practice in the region.
Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in engineering or construction, with a strong focus on major rail projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; Massachusetts PE license required.
- Proven ability to drive business growth across multiple disciplines, with a specialization in transit and rail.
- Demonstrated leadership in setting industry standards, fostering innovation, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
