We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our quality assurance and quality control processes. This role is critical in ensuring that our products and services meet both internal standards and external regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems, continuous improvement, and cross-functional team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Lead audits (internal and external) and ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, or other applicable standards.

Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics; identify trends and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Oversee inspection and testing processes to ensure product compliance.

Train and mentor quality assurance staff and promote a quality-focused culture across the organization.

Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve product quality.

Maintain documentation, including SOPs, quality manuals, and audit reports.

Interface with customers and regulatory bodies regarding quality-related matters.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications like Six Sigma, CQE, or ISO Lead Auditor are a plus).

Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
