Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order status.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Use computer systems and inventory management software to manage stock and orders.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure easy access and accurate stock counts.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow between customer service and warehouse operations.
- Perform routine warehouse cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service and / or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
