Assembler / Pick & Packing

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Pick & Packing  / Assembly Technician to join our team. This role involves assembling and packing products efficiently while ensuring quality control standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards

• Operate packaging and assembly machinery as needed

• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure proper packaging

• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

• Assist in troubleshooting minor machine or assembly line issues

• Ensure all packaging materials are correctly labeled and stored

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

• Follow all safety guidelines and workplace procedures

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Team player with good communication skills

• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
