The Opportunity
If you're looking for a finance role where you’ll genuinely shape the business and not just report on it -
this is it. As our Financial Controller, you'll have ownership of financial strategy and processes,
leading the way on everything from budgeting and forecasting to strategic decision-making.
You won't just crunch numbers. You'll collaborate with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams,
directly influencing key decisions and uncovering opportunities to drive profitability. Your financial
insights will be valued, and you'll have meaningful opportunities to contribute directly to our growth.

excited to step into a true leadership role, grow with us, and help build the financial backbone of a
company that makes products pets (and people) love.
Responsibilities:
- Work with internal and external accounting teams, overseeing all financial reporting, accounting
processes, and ensuring compliance with GAAP.

to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Manage cash flow proactively, forecasting future financial needs to support our rapid growth.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes, systems, and internal controls to scale
effectively as we expand.
- Educate and empower internal stakeholders on financial best practices and performance
metrics, embedding financial clarity across the company.
