Pay Rate: $19.75 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated Pick-and-Packers for our second shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pick items from inventory according to order specifications.
• Pack items securely and prepare them for shipment.
• Ensure accuracy in order processing and maintain inventory records.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work the designated second shift schedule.
