Job Overview :
Talent Corps is seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven, and bilingual (English / Spanish) Recruiter to join our team in Plano, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring skilled talent across various construction positions, including electricians, plumbers, general laborers, sheet metal fabricators, and other trade roles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of construction positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and qualifications needed for each role.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, social media, and direct outreach.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present top candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure staffing needs are met promptly.
- Provide candidates with information about job requirements, company culture, and job expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay current on industry trends and maintain knowledge of competitive recruiting practices.
