What are the responsibilities and job description for the Land Surveyor Industrial or Commercial Experience Required position at Talent Corps?
Talent Corps has an immediate direct hire opportunity for Land Surveyors in the Charleston, SC area!
Job Duties:
- Keep the records for required maps and documents, including the annual reports.
- Assist in preparing and processing necessary application for land records, maps, and other related papers sale and rent purposes.
- Assist in examining plans, adding new plans when applicable and maintaining a record of every plan that is processed.
- Carry out boundary surveys and prepare boundary maps to support land claims.
- Keep up-to-date on current regulations in respect to land matters.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to work independently, effectively manage time
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to travel and work in remote areas
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and charts with accuracy
- Communicate clearly both verbally & written
Requirements:
- Must have at least 4 years’ experience in land surveyor experience
- Possess valid driver's license
- Working knowledge of surveying equipment Leica, Sokkia
- Must have 2 forms of ID to pass E-Verify
