Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Millwright Turbine Technician with experience in wind, gas, and steam turbines to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of turbine systems across multiple energy sectors. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, precision, and the ability to work in various field environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of wind, gas, and steam turbines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal turbine performance and longevity.
- Align and assemble turbine components, including shafts, bearings, gearboxes, and rotors.
- Use specialized tools such as laser alignment and vibration analysis equipment.
- Follow technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to execute repairs and overhauls.
- Work with high-voltage systems and adhere to safety protocols for electrical components.
- Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and other team members to complete projects.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation of work performed.
- Adhere to industry safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
