Job Description :

Talent Corps is seeking a highly skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team for a high-profile project in Bentonville, AR . If you have experience working with intricate millwork, cabinetry, casework, ornamental metal work, and the installation of specialized components such as AWW, PL, metal case work, fume hoods, and DFH, we want to hear from you!

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering top-notch craftsmanship while working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform high-level millwork , cabinetry , casework , and ornamental metal work installations.
  • Install AWW , PL , and metal casework to exact specifications.
  • Handle the installation of fume hoods and DFH components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints accurately to execute installations with precision.
  • Use and maintain your own personal tools, ensuring safety and quality work at all times.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a finish carpenter or in a similar skilled trade.
  • Proficient in working with high-end millwork , cabinetry, and ornamental metal work.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints .
  • Own and maintain a set of personal carpentry tools.
  • OSHA 10 certification is required.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check .
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
