Responsibilities :

  • Conducts P&L Balance Sheet Cash Flow Tax and Reconciliation analysis.
  • Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts and documenting business transactions.
  • Reviews internal reports checking coding and making adjustments prior to printing and assembling the final product for mailing.

Requirements

Skills Required :

  • Independently performs a variety of accounting functions.
  • Inputs standard journal entries.
  • Performs audit functions.
  • Performs other related or assigned duties.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Selfmotivated.

    • Experience Required :

  • Work in ACCESS database loading accounting information.
  • Work in EXCEL spreadsheets.
  • Prepare journal entries.
  • Prepare countywide quarterly Interest allocation.
  • Assist in preparation of the countywide annual comprehensive financial report.
  • Preparing and reviewing written procedures.
  • A bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Accounting or Business Administration with a concentration in accounting.

    • Must have :
