Talent Depot is hiring on behalf of a client for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role. The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and delivering services in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), functional assessments, behavior acquisition and reduction strategies, and adaptive life skills development.
Essential Functions
- Adhere to and support all clinical policies and procedures, ensuring proper training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and communication with parents, service providers, and funders.
- Follow clinical guidelines and maintain open communication with the Program Manager regarding service delivery concerns and client needs.
- Collaborate with families and other service providers to integrate intervention strategies across various settings (e.g., IEPs, ISPs, schools, medical professionals).
- Complete assessments and reports within designated timelines using the approved behavior plan template.
- Provide guidance and oversight to BCaBAs and RBTs, ensuring compliance with BACB, funder, and organizational guidelines.
- Attend scheduled meetings in person or online and communicate with the National Clinical Director regarding missed sessions.
- Maintain documentation of services as required by funders, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all external accreditation standards, state and federal regulations, and HIPAA laws.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
