Talent Depot is seeking a Project Manager in Civil Engineering for one of our customers.

Our client is seeking a Sr. PM who would be running a team at VP-level that would run the division, and if coming in at the VP level, additional business development responsibilities and a larger bonus.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor a team of Civil Engineers, EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen, providing technical guidance, QA / QC oversight, and design feedback.
  • Oversee industrial projects (primarily 5 to 50 acres, with occasional projects exceeding 100 acres).

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
  • 10 years of experience in land / site development engineering (public and private).
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Proven experience managing teams and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Strong understanding of land development processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • P.E. License in state of Texas
