As a Diesel Technician, you will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment malfunctions and failures. You will rebuild, repair, and maintain equipment and components, ensuring they are operating at their highest performance. Your mechanical aptitude combined with excellent problem-solving skills will enable you to provide accurate repairs and exceptional service.

What You'll Do:
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnosing of equipment malfunctions and failures. Equipment such as Skid Steers, Lifts, Booms, Tracked Vehicles, Mini Excavators, Small Dozers, etc.......
- Assist in rebuilding, repairing, and maintaining equipment and components. Lots of Hydraulic or Pneumatic repairs.
- Understand the operations, functions, specifications, capabilities, and controls of any piece of rental equipment.
- Complete all documents associated with repairs in an accurate and timely manner.
- Adhere to Leadership's directions regarding all repairs and service calls.
- Adhere to all safety rules and maintain quality housekeeping in the work area.
What You Must Have:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year or more of work-related experience in a mechanic/technician related position.
Preferred:
- Certificate acquired through a vocational or technical school.
- Prior experience with Compact Construction Equipment (Lifts, Booms, Skid Steers, etc) or Heavy Equipment and/or in a position with a working knowledge of hydraulics, powertrain, electronic/electrical systems, etc.
