What You'll Be Doing
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns targeting decision-makers.
- Maximize touch points with prospects through strategic use of email, text, social media, and other creative outreach methods.
- Qualify inbound leads through rapid follow-up and discovery, ensuring a seamless handoff to Account Executives for strategy sessions.
- Follow a structured, detailed prospecting process designed to deliver consistent results.
- Consistently achieve monthly qualified appointment targets through disciplined prospecting activities.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar role.
- Track record of exceeding targets in high-volume outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
- Experience engaging sophisticated buyers, C-level executives, and business owners with confidence and professionalism.
- Proficiency using HubSpot (or similar CRM) for pipeline management and activity tracking
- Ability to follow structured sales processes while maintaining natural conversation flow.
- Sales Training (Sandler or Similar)
- Base: $50,000 - $60,000
- Total OTE (With Base): $123,180
