About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Email & Marketing Automation Manager to take the lead in managing, optimizing, and scaling high-volume email marketing initiatives. You will leverage your deep technical expertise in marketing automation, system integration, and email authentication to ensure seamless program execution across ActiveCampaign, GMass, HubSpot, and other platforms. Your responsibilities will range from designing advanced workflows and leading revenue-driven email marketing initiatives to implementing best-in-class email deliverability protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Deliverability > 98%). The ideal candidate has proven experience in fast-paced B2B environments, unifying sales and marketing systems, supporting account-based sales, and ensuring that email marketing efforts consistently align with broader brand and business objectives.

Who You Are

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as an Email Marketer, Lifecycle Marketing Manager, or similar role.
• Proven ability to drive net-new revenue, primarily through email marketing.
• Hubspot Proficiency.
• Experience managing email programs with 250K monthly sends.
• Expert knowledge of email deliverability including authentication, reputation management, list hygiene, maintaining 98% delivery rates.
• HTML/CSS Proficiency (for developing responsive emails)
• Advanced Zapier Experience.

Compensation Range: $80K - $130K
