Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with operations and development leadership to analyze data for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting the full development lifecycle, including platform design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of DevOps tools and technologies.
- Identifying, addressing, and preventing potential system bottlenecks.
- Providing technical support to developers, testers, and engineers to align operational efforts.
- Assisting in the development, installation, and deployment of scripts.
- Ensuring adherence to processes, policies, and procedures, with a fundamental understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of SOPs as necessary.
- Compiling and generating status reports and key metrics.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 3-6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Solid understanding of network and information security concepts.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly express ideas and opinions in an open, collaborative environment.
