We're hiring a passionate and experienced Manager, Food Service Program to join an industry-leading gasoline and convenience store retailer operating over 500 locations across the Western United States. You'll oversee and optimize the execution of our dynamic food and beverage offerings, ensuring top-quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction across our retail network.
What You'll Do:
- Ensure consistency and excellence in food service execution (including QSR programs).
- Lead and mentor district leaders and store managers on best practices in food safety, preparation, and customer service.
- Partner closely with operations, marketing, and category management teams to drive sales, profitability, and innovation.
- Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to continuously enhance our food service offerings.
What You'll Bring:
- 5 years in food service management (preferably convenience store/QSR experience).
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable interpreting financial reports (P&L, CapEx).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
