What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Billing Analyst position at Talent Elite Group?
We’re looking for a Senior Billing Analyst to join our team! This role is responsible for managing all processes related to customer setup on fuel contracts, projects, stations, and fleet card accounts. You’ll also support the financial close process by preparing journal entries, reconciling revenue and volume data, and assisting with financial reporting.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare journal entries for revenue, rebates, and fuel incentives
- Process customer rebates and submit pricing updates to fleet card providers (Comdata, WEX, T-Check)
- Manage revenue reconciliation schedules and ensure accurate customer setup
- Support internal and external audits and update SOX documentation
- Analyze billing data and assist with volume and revenue reconciliations
- Coach and guide junior team members as needed
- Test and implement new billing and reporting system tools
- Act as a liaison for sales, marketing, and operations teams for customer account management
- Ensure compliance and continuous process improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong accounting, finance, and reconciliation experience; familiarity with accounting software and database tools
- Detail-oriented, proactive, team player, and strong problem-solving abilities
