The Role
Due to continuous growth and expansion, Bulkhaul (USA) Inc. located at 10410 W. Fairmont Parkway, Pasadena, TX is looking for highly motivated, driven, and ambitious candidates seeking a career in global shipping, transport, and logistics.
The successful candidate will join our existing global operations team with the role focusing predominantly on the North American import and export movements.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and management of daily logistics operations.
Communicate with external suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and address any issues that arise.
Prepare and process related documents.
Support the operations team in planning and executing schedules.
Liaise with the Customer Service Team to handle inquiries and provide timely updates on shipment status.
Assist in resolving operational issues and discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Core Skills
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or operations support is preferred.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Vacation – 3 weeks paid vacation during calendar year. (Plus 10 public holidays)
Pension – After 3 continuous years of service, employee is eligible to participate in a SAR-SEP IRA pension program. The program is currently based on employee contributing 5% of salary and the company contributing 10%
