Well Established Manufacturer of sophisticated food processing machinery systems seeks an Administrative Support professional to join its team. This is a newly created role within this smaller, privately hold organization with around 50 total employees. This role will provide broad administrative support to multiple departments including Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and Field Service. DUTIES:
- Evaluate proposals for completeness and clarity. Proactively follow-up with sales representatives to obtain any missing information before the design & build process begins.
- Coordinate with Engineers to help organize the incoming design workload.
- Fulfill requests from outside representatives for information and documentation on previous systems deployed
- Coordinate with Marketing to maintain completeness of catalog structure web pages and digital flyers.
- Promote company offerings and trade show updates on various Social Media sites.
- Communicates clearly, effectively, and efficiently via phone and email to resolve issues and answer questions that arise regarding project specifications and requests.
- Prepares additional materials for sales presentations as needed.
Qualifications That Move Us!
- Proficient with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Ability to interpret and apply additional industry standards and customer specifications.
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and efficiently via phone and email.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in one-on-one and group situations with managers, customers, other employees, and the public.
- Organized, detail oriented, team player with strong verbal, time management and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system a plus.
- Basic knowledge of CAD programs is a plus.
- Manufacturing Industry background strongly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
