- Assist qualified candidates in the completion of carrier/client applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted to relevant carriers/clients.
- Schedule and confirm orientation sessions for applicants, while also communicating travel and lodging arrangements.
- Address and resolve any issues that may prevent applicants from attending scheduled orientations.
- Perform administrative tasks and any additional duties as assigned.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Capable of recognizing and understanding staffing needs.
- Previous experience in customer service, recruiting, and logistics is advantageous but not mandatory.
