- Guide drivers through client/carrier applications, ensuring the completion of all necessary documentation.
- Organize and coordinate orientation sessions, managing travel, accommodation, and any unforeseen issues.
- Undertake administrative tasks and assist with additional team needs as required.
- Excellent communication abilities.
