- Partner with client managers to pinpoint staffing requirements and provide updates on applicant progress.
- Assist drivers with their applications for clients/carriers, ensuring all necessary documentation is properly completed.
- Organize and coordinate orientation logistics, including travel and accommodation while managing unforeseen challenges.
- Execute various administrative tasks and offer support to meet additional team needs as necessary.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
