Key Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with client managers to determine staffing needs and provide updates on applicant status.
- Support drivers in completing client/carrier applications and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted.
- Arrange and coordinate orientation logistics, including travel and accommodations, while addressing any unforeseen challenges.
- Execute administrative tasks and assist in fulfilling additional team requirements as needed.
- Excellent communication capabilities to effectively guide applicants through the onboarding process.
- Strong organizational skills for efficient scheduling and coordination.
- A foundational understanding of customer service principles is advantageous.
- No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Must be available during standard business hours.
