Hours: Full-time, Monday to Thursday

Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? Bourbon Family Dentistry is seeking a motivated and skilled leader to manage our day-to-day operations. We are a small, family based, hands on, friendly office!

A Day In the Life Of:
As our Dental Office Manager, your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities within the practice.
  • Manage Business Operations:
    • Coordinate day-to-day execution of tasks.
    • Develop efficient systems for smooth office functioning.
  • Oversee Staff Performance:
    • Ensure the daily workflow runs efficiently.
    • Monitor staff performance and address any issues.
  • Insurance and Billing:
    • Manage insurance plans.
    • Handle billing processes.
  • Patient Education and Consultation:
    • Educate patients on treatment plans.
    • Discuss financial options with patients
  • Front Office:
    • Answer phones
    • Interact with patients
What You'll Bring To The Table:
Aspiring to become our Dental Office Manager? Here are the qualifications and skills you’ll need to excel in this role:
  • Education and Training Requirements:
    • A high school diploma or equivalent is essential.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 2 years in a dental office setting.
    • 2 years of experience as an office manager, preferably in healthcare or dental administration.
  • Key Skills and Competencies:
    • Safety Regulations and Compliance: Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
    • Leadership and Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage office staff effectively.
    • Proficient Computer Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, HR and payroll tools, and dental practice-management software.
  • Must be/have: Outgoing, high level of emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, empathetic, and detailed oriented.
