White, Greer & Maggard Orthodontics is searching for a Sterilization Technician to join our fun, fast-paced team at our offices in Preston Highway & Taylorsville Road!
As a Sterilization Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our practice, ensuring that every instrument is perfectly sterilized, and trays are meticulously prepared for seamless clinic operations.

Schedule and Compensation:
- Full-time position- 4 days per week.
- Rotating day off during the week and NO WEEKENDS!
- Hours: 7:30am - 5:30pm.
- Hourly pay rate: Starting at $16 per hour

- Sterilize orthodontic instruments and equipment according to established protocols and infection control standards.
- Prepare trays and setups for orthodontic procedures to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Fabricate retainers and other orthodontic appliances as required.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of sterilization supplies and clinical materials.
- Assist with stocking treatment areas and maintaining cleanliness.
- Support the clinical team in daily operations as needed.
- Education- High school diploma/GED
- Strong attention to detail, vigilance and meticulous care on the job.
- The ability to work well in a team or independently.
- Passion for keeping people safe.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
