What You’ll Do

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Strategic HR Leadership: Oversee human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and mission-driven objectives.
- Compensation & Benefits Management: Develop, administer, and communicate compensation and benefits programs while managing budget recommendations for approval by leadership.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure HR policies meet Federal and State requirements, including FMLA, ADA, ACA, and COBRA compliance.
- Employee Relations & Development: Lead initiatives for employee engagement, training, coaching, and development to build a high-performing, motivated team.
- Payroll Oversight: Manage payroll processing, timekeeping, and ensure adherence to wage and hour laws.
- Recruitment & Retention: Oversee recruitment strategies, pre-employment assessments, and onboarding, while ensuring competitive compensation packages.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain HR systems, compile reports, and ensure data accuracy for audits and regulatory filings.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably within an organization of similar size and industry.
- A two-year college degree, specialized business coursework, or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred).
- Strong background in employee administration, compensation, benefits, training, payroll, and employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of state and federal HR regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and foster meaningful relationships across all organizational levels.
- HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS) and HRIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of organizational development strategies and employee engagement best practices.
