We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our team, with a preference for candidates based in North Carolina or Michigan. This role involves managing large-scale industrial, data center, and warehouse projects with extensive travel required. Applicants with experience as Project Engineers, APMs, or Junior Project Managers are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing project schedules, budgets, and site operations.
- Support financial management, reporting, and cost control measures.
- Provide leadership and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of experience in large-footprint, mission-critical projects (industrial, data centers, warehouses).
- Strong leadership and financial management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 85%) with a travel benefits provided.
- Preferably based in NC or MI.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $85,000-$95,000
- Pay increase while traveling
- 7 day per diem
