The Vice President of Sales will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for setting the vision and driving the execution of our sales strategy. You’ll lead a talented team of sales professionals, identify new business opportunities, and ensure that our sales objectives align with the broader company goals. What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that accelerates revenue growth and expands market share.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, ensuring that they have the tools and support needed to meet and exceed targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners to drive long-term business success.
- Collaborate closely with leadership teams across marketing, product, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Continuously assess sales performance, optimize sales processes, and drive improvements across the team.
- Report to the CEO and executive team on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market trends, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to drive innovation in our sales approach.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of experience in sales leadership, with at least 5 years in an executive or senior management role.
- A proven history of successfully driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in sales strategy development, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both clients and internal teams.
- Experience in Tech is a plus but not required.
- A strategic thinker who is hands-on, results-driven, and passionate about team development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $225,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
