Overview:

As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for a passionate and driven Vice President of Sales to join our leadership team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth trajectory by shaping and executing our sales strategy at the highest level.

Role Overview:
The Vice President of Sales will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for setting the vision and driving the execution of our sales strategy. You’ll lead a talented team of sales professionals, identify new business opportunities, and ensure that our sales objectives align with the broader company goals. If you have a proven track record of success in building high-performing sales teams and executing on ambitious revenue goals, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that accelerates revenue growth and expands market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, ensuring that they have the tools and support needed to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners to drive long-term business success.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership teams across marketing, product, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Continuously assess sales performance, optimize sales processes, and drive improvements across the team.
  • Report to the CEO and executive team on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market trends, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to drive innovation in our sales approach.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10 years of experience in sales leadership, with at least 5 years in an executive or senior management role.
  • A proven history of successfully driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in sales strategy development, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in Tech is a plus but not required.
  • A strategic thinker who is hands-on, results-driven, and passionate about team development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $225,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:

Salary : $225,000 - $350,000
