The role

We are looking for a Learning Strategist to join our B2B Corporate Transformation team. In this role, you'll be tasked with designing and developing tailor-made learning programs for international corporates, with a focus on future skills, emerging technologies, innovation, and soft skills development.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop customized learning solutions to meet client needs, focusing on emerging technologies, leadership development, innovation, soft skills, and ESG/D&I.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop tailored learning programs that bridge those gaps.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, contributing to proposal development and client interactions to understand their specific learning needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and client partners, to ensure seamless program execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Serve as a client-facing representative, building relationships and ensuring high-quality program design that aligns with client expectations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in learning and development, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continually improve program offerings.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals to clients, outlining the learning approach, expected outcomes, and economic value of the programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and faculty, ensuring high-quality learning experiences.

 

About you

Ideally, you are a strategic thinker with at least 4 years of experience in learning strategy and program design. Specifically:

  • You have experience in designing and developing corporate learning programs, with a focus on innovation, emerging technologies, soft skills development, and/or ESG/D&I.
  • You have a solid understanding of learning sciences and evidence-based design methodologies, and you can apply them to create impactful learning experiences.
  • You have experience in a client-facing role, including pre-sales activities and managing client relationships.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and can articulate complex ideas in a clear and engaging way.
  • You are proficient in using low/no-code platforms to design and implement learning solutions, leveraging these tools to enhance the learning experience.
  • You are familiar with AI tools and how they can be integrated into learning solutions to optimize outcomes.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and can collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in Italian (native) and have full proficiency in English.
  • You are not required to be based in Milan, but you must be able to travel there easily, as the team is primarily located there.
