Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cisco Collaboration Engineer to deliver technical services and solutions for large enterprise and service provider customers/partners. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP), and other Cisco collaboration technologies, as well as a strong background in system design, implementation, and ongoing support.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Cisco Collaboration Technologies: Hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP), Cisco IP/IVR, Cisco CTIOS, Cisco Finesse, and CUIC.
- Third-Party Products: Experience working with third-party products such as Appspace, eGain, Avaloque, Calabrio, and Acqueon.
- Voice Infrastructure: Proficiency with VXML gateways, VVBs, and SIP proxy configuration and management.
- Cisco Voice Applications: Extensive experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection Voicemail, Cisco Presence, Expressway MRA, and Redsky.
- System Administration: Experience with routine system administration tasks, including OS and application patches, upgrades, and backups in a voice environment.
