<>Overview

The Cybersecurity ISSM/ISSO Lead will oversee the security and compliance of multiple classified networks, ensuring operational integrity and adherence to cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ICD 503, CNSS). This role requires expertise in risk management, system security, and network administration, with strong collaboration across government and industry stakeholders.

<>Key Responsibilities

• Lead security compliance efforts, including ATO packets, SSPs, risk assessments, and POA&Ms.
• Implement cybersecurity policies and risk management strategies for classified systems.
• Audit system logs, conduct vulnerability assessments, and ensure continuous monitoring.
• Interface with government cybersecurity experts to maintain compliance with DAAPM, ICD-503, and JSIG.
• Support incident response, detection, and remediation efforts.
• Provide training and mentorship to cybersecurity personnel as the team expands.
