What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Analyst position at Talent Group?
The Contract Analyst (CA) plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and readiness of contracts for execution. Collaborating closely with the Contract Specialist, the CA will help identify and resolve any errors during contract reviews. The CA is also responsible for maintaining data integrity within Contract Management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review revenue and expense agreements for accuracy, ensuring all relevant data, approvals, and supporting documentation are complete and align with contract terms.
- Manage the contract hierarchy review process to ensure accurate data flow into the Business Process Management (BPM) tool.
- Process monthly venue redactions and upload them to the Contract Database.
- Oversee and analyze monthly reporting for Contract Management.
- Proactively identify compliance issues during contract preparation, recommend improvements, and execute solutions to resolve process gaps.
- Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with internal stakeholders and partners.
- Manage contract data quality, assess associated risks, and ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
- Contribute to defining and monitoring quality targets, cycle time, and production metrics.
