Seeking an IT Laboratory System Support Specialist to manage and troubleshoot lab systems (LIMS, ELN, SDMS) and instrumentation at Andover and Bedford sites. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system functionality, compliance, and timely issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Administer lab systems (LIMS, ELN, SDMS).
- Provide technical support for lab instruments and software.
- Manage ServiceNow tickets and assist with system updates.
- Support compliance with cGMP, GCLP, and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Work with vendors for instrument and software maintenance.
- Provide on-call support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Science or Technology.
- 1 3 years of experience in lab IT or medical tech.
- Familiar with LIMS, lab instrumentation (PCR, UPLCs).
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
