This role collaborates with internal teams and investigator sites to address issues and manage protocol-related queries, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout clinical trials.
Site Support and Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for investigator sites, handling data queries, and protocol-related questions.
Track and manage communication with sites via phone or email, addressing complaints, discrepancies, and concerns, and escalating to management as needed.
Data and Sample Management:
Resolve issues that arise during specimen accessioning to ensure accuracy in sample logging and data entry.
Evaluate additional test requests, confirm alignment with protocol, and escalate requests outside the scope of work to the appropriate team.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Relevant vocational training or certification is a plus.
