Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the permitting team, managing multiple projects across assigned regions.
- Handle day-to-day operations related to permitting, including document coordination, mailings, file management, and report requests.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases such as CRM and ServiceNow to track project progress.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on key milestones to ensure timely permit approvals.
- Prepare reports and assist with miscellaneous projects as needed.
- Take comprehensive notes during meetings and distribute meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required;
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, permitting, or project management support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Contract
