Talent Groups is leading the search for a Business Analyst in the Phoenix area for a company that manufactures industrial equipment. Business Central Functional Analyst to enhance the value and efficiency of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) ERP platform. As our primary functional expert, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across multiple business units to identify business needs, resolve functional challenges, and deliver effective solutions, customizations, and user training.
This is a direct hire position that will require working onsite in North Phoenix five days a week.
To be immediately and seriously considered for this exceptional career opportunity, you must have the following:
- Diagnose and resolve functional issues within BC.
- Continuously assess business processes and system performance to recommend practical enhancements that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Assist in system maintenance activities, including user role configurations, security settings, backups, and deployments. Custom Extensions & Configurations
Design, test, and implement custom BC extensions and configurations in coordination with IT and Operations teams. - Maintain accurate documentation for custom solutions to ensure long-term maintainability. Documentation, Training & Guidance
- Develop and deliver user training sessions and resources (manuals, guides, FAQs) to support user adoption and competence.
- Maintain legacy Laravel/Vue applications and migrate functionality to new platform.
