Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute change management strategies in coordination with the implementation vendor and state teams.
Lead stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and agency readiness efforts.
Assess change readiness, identify challenges, and provide solutions to ensure smooth adoption.
Define project workflows, manage resources, and oversee training and change initiatives.
Act as a liaison between leadership, users, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in Change Management, IT consulting, or a related field.
Strong expertise in Organizational Change Management methodologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple agencies.
Change Management certifications (preferred).
